Build BW partnered with the City of Westfield to develop and construct the new Westfield Fire Station #85. This station is designed to provide an advanced facility to serve the growing population in the northern part of the city.

Build BW is proud to partner with the City of Westfield as both the Developer (BOT) and Construction Manager for the new Westfield Fire Station #85. This modern, 16,554-square-foot facility is specifically designed to keep pace with the needs of one of Indiana’s fastest-growing communities, providing a base of operations equipped to house up to 10 firefighters.

As a brand-new addition to the city’s emergency infrastructure, Station #85 will be a critical piece of the puzzle for managing Westfield’s rapid expansion. By strategically placing resources closer to developing areas, the station will significantly improve emergency response times and provide the enhanced public safety coverage necessary to protect residents both now and well into the future.
