Build BW developed and administered the construction of a new 49,000-SF consolidated highway garage for Miami County, featuring expanded service bays, storage, and administrative space, and providing for future growth.

Recognizing the inefficiencies of operating from two separate locations with inadequate truck service bays, equipment storage, and administrative areas, the Build BW team developed, designed, and administered the construction of a new, consolidated facility. This project significantly enhanced the County’s operational efficiency by bringing all highway department functions under one roof.

The new Miami County Highway Garage spans over 49,000 square feet and represents a significant investment in the County’s infrastructure. The facility boasts a range of essential features, including a heated parking area for trucks, six dedicated mechanic bays, a welding area, a wash bay for equipment maintenance, and ample administrative and office space to support departmental operations. Furthermore, the site was intentionally designed with space to accommodate future expansion, ensuring the County’s long-term needs can be met.
