Build BW took on the tenant buildout for Kura Sushi’s first Indiana location, a distinctive 3,700-square-foot restaurant in Fishers. This project presented unique construction challenges due to the innovative concept, which features a conveyor belt sushi service and robots that deliver drinks directly to customers. The design also incorporated an open kitchen, allowing diners to observe the food preparation process firsthand, adding another layer of complexity to the buildout requirements.

Build BW navigated the specific needs of this novel restaurant model, ensuring the seamless integration of the conveyor belt system, robotic drink delivery infrastructure, and the open kitchen design.
