Build BW is leading the development and construction of the new Hamilton County Public Safety Center in Noblesville, Indiana. This three-story facility will serve as a centralized emergency operations hub, streamlining critical communications and handling dispatches for 17 local agencies—including nine fire and EMS departments, seven police departments, and the Hamilton County Sheriff’s Office.

Designed for high-capacity performance, the center features a 42-console 911 Dispatch wing and a spacious Emergency Operations Center with seating for 120 people. The facility also comprehensively houses 911 administration, EMA warehouse storage, County IT, Radio, and GIS departments, training and wellness spaces, and includes future plans for a potential childcare facility to support its 24/7 workforce.
