Under construction in the heart of downtown Westfield, Grand on Main is a new mixed-use project offering 216 upscale apartments and over 60,000 square feet of commercial space alongside premium resident amenities.

Grand on Main is a dynamic mixed-use development in the heart of downtown Westfield. The project includes 216 upscale multifamily residences, 60,000+ square feet of retail and office space, three rooftop amenity plazas, work-from-home suites, a golf simulator, cold plunge and sauna, a resort-style pool, and public art installations that strengthen the connection to Grand Junction Plaza and the surrounding cultural district.

The project is being developed by BW Development, and built in collaboration with BW Construction and Skender. The development is made possible through a public–private partnership with the City of Westfield, including TIF support for a new 575-space parking garage.
