Build BW developed and administered the construction of a new 23,360-SF Delphi Street and Water Maintenance Facility, featuring dual open maintenance garages and a central office block, delivering modern, functional space for the City of Delphi.

Under a Build-Operate-Transfer (BOT) agreement, the Build BW team served as both developer and construction manager for the new Delphi Street and Water Maintenance Facility. The 23,360-square-foot facility features wood post-frame (barn-style) construction with two open maintenance garages, each measuring 135′ x 80′, connected by a 1,600-square-foot central office block. Each garage is outfitted with six overhead doors, providing ample access for maintenance vehicles and equipment. This modern, purpose-built facility provides the City of Delphi with a functional space designed to meet both maintenance and administrative needs efficiently, while reflecting Build BW’s commitment to quality and long-term operational support.
