Build BW served as the Developer and Construction Manager for the Delaware County Mental Health Facility, a crucial 12,980-square-foot, single-floor building in Muncie, Indiana. This BOT project, including site improvements, the extension of off-site utilities, and full construction on the former running track near the Justice Center Complex. The project was completed at a total cost of $7.6 million, notably utilizing COVID-era ARPA funds and a grant from the State of Indiana.

Designed as a professional and welcoming hub, the building provides consolidated space for counseling, therapy, and administrative services all under one roof. By partnering with Build BW on this facility, the county was able to improve access to quality mental health care, ensuring residents have a supportive, accessible space close to home.
