For the Town of Daleville, Build BW collaborated on a Build, Operate, Transfer (BOT) project that delivered a comprehensive 17,100 square foot Town Hall and Police Station. This undertaking involved a full suite of services, including architectural design, interior design, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing engineering, as well as site and civil design. The primary objective was to provide the rapidly growing Town of Daleville with a facility of sufficient size to meet its increasing needs driven by ongoing commercial and residential expansion.

The design of the new Town Hall and Police Station features a modern facade that revitalizes the area while thoughtfully harmonizing with the architectural character of Daleville’s existing buildings. This attention to aesthetic integration ensures that the new construction enhances the Town’s overall ambiance.
