Build BW developed and managed the construction of a 34,044-SF facility for Carroll County designed for modern safety and future growth.

As both the developer and Construction Manager for this BOT project, Build BW BW delivered a 34,044 square foot Pre-Engineered Metal Building that strategically integrated approximately 120 jail beds alongside a new, modern Sheriff’s office. Build BW Also helped facilitate a third-party to work with the County on financing to ensure the project could become a reality.

The new Carroll County Sheriff’s Office & Jail provides a state-of-the-art detention environment. This modern facility effectively replaces an outdated jail that no longer met essential operational and security benchmarks, ensuring adherence to contemporary regulatory standards while proactively planning for future population growth and the evolving demands of law enforcement.
